Screen sharing in simulation
Definition
Screen sharing in a simulation lets the learner show their screen during the conversation, to practise a demo or a presentation. The simulated counterpart sees what is shown, reacts and asks questions.
Also called
simulated product demo, presenting to an avatar
Which situations
A product demo for a buyer, presenting an offer, a dashboard or an action plan. Sales reps learn to keep the thread when they are interrupted.
What changes
The demo is no longer a monologue rehearsed alone: the persona interrupts about integration, price or a detail on the screen, just like a real customer.
With Face Up
In “demo and presentation” mode, the avatar sees the shared screen, reacts and asks questions about what is shown.
