AI Roleplay module

Training is no longer watched. It is practised.

Your people practise with an AI persona that answers, objects and pushes back, by voice, avatar or both. Situations built on your real cases, to replay as many times as needed.

A counterpart who stays in character to the end

  • 01

    No awkward silences

The exchange stays fluid: the learner has a conversation, not a recital.

  • 02

    It stays consistent

Steered live throughout the session: it doesn’t forget what it said and doesn’t give in at the first argument.

  • 03

    It adapts to the learner

It toughens or softens its resistance based on what it hears, within the framework set by the trainer.

  • 04

    Objectives appear live

Progress levers are ticked off during the conversation.

Formats

By voice, by avatar, or both

You choose for each scenario. An inbound call is played by voice, a face-to-face meeting with an avatar whose face reacts. Learners see themselves in a corner of the screen, as in a video call.

  • Voice only: like on the phone, for customer service and prospecting.
  • Video avatar: the persona’s face, voice and mood, for face-to-face conversations.
Les deux modalités : un appel en voix seule avec Paul Mensah et un avatar vidéo, Hélène Garnier, cheffe de service, avec l’apprenante en incrustationThe two modes: a voice-only call with Paul Mensah, and a video avatar, Hélène Garnier, head of department, with the learner in a corner of the screen
Screen sharing

Practise with a shared screen, as in real life

  • Demos and presentations, interactive avatar: the learner shares their screen to practise a demo or a presentation. The avatar sees the screen, reacts and asks questions about what is shown.
  • Job tasks in your tools, silent avatar: the learner practises job tasks in an internal tool, an ERP or a CRM. The avatar stays silent: the goal is to make sure the company’s tools are used correctly.
