Retorio
If you are a large group (Retorio says it works with organisations of at least 1,000 employees) and want a standardised assessment model, identical for all your sales teams.
Face Up
If you want to assess your teams on your own criteria, train beyond sales, roll out in many languages, or start with a team of a few dozen people.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Face Up and Retorio?
Retorio scores conversations on its own model, Warmth and Competence. Face Up scores against your trainers’ rubric, covers sales as well as customer service, management and healthcare, and works in more than 60 languages.
Does Face Up analyse learners’ emotions?
No. Face Up records observable signals (posture, gaze, voice, gestures, pace of the exchange) and does not detect or infer emotions, in line with the EU AI Act.
Does Face Up integrate with our LMS?
Yes. Face Up connects through SCORM 1.2 and 2004 or LTI 1.3, included in every plan: Moodle, 360Learning, Docebo, TalentLMS, Cornerstone and more. Learners launch the simulation from their course and the result flows back to the LMS.
How do we switch to Face Up?
Book a 30-minute demo: we build an AI role-play on one of your cases together, and you play it. You can also create your first scenario with SAM from the Get started page.
