AI role-play
Definition
An AI role-play is a practice scenario in which the learner talks with a character driven by artificial intelligence (a customer, team member, candidate or patient) that reacts to what they say. At the end, the learner gets a debrief on strengths and areas to improve.

What changes compared with classic role-play
No actor or colleague is needed to play the counterpart: the AI persona is available at any time, keeps the same level of challenge and does not judge. Every learner can replay the situation as often as they need.
How a session runs
The learner reads the context and their objective, then starts the conversation, in voice or facing an avatar. The persona reacts to their arguments, pushes back, calms down or gets annoyed depending on how it is handled. The session ends with a debrief on the criteria set by the trainer.
With Face Up
Face Up AI role-plays are built by your trainers from your real cases, played in voice, with an avatar or both, in more than 60 languages, and integrated into your LMS.
