Conversational simulation
Definition
A conversational simulation recreates a realistic work conversation so people can practise it without risk: the learner speaks, the simulated counterpart answers and reacts. It prepares people for the conversations that matter before they happen for real.
Also called
AI simulation, immersive simulation, conversation simulation
What it is for
Preparing an annual review, a negotiation, a difficult customer call, a sensitive announcement or a job interview. The simulation lets people make mistakes with no consequences and try again.
What makes it realistic
A precise context, a counterpart with its own personality, objectives and objections, and reactions that depend on what the learner says. The format matters too: a phone call is practised in voice, a face-to-face meeting with an avatar.
With Face Up
Face Up offers conversational simulations in voice, with an avatar or both, with screen sharing for product demos, and a verbal and non-verbal debrief at the end of every session.
